Dear curious one,

AI films,
directed.

I work with AI the way I'd work with a crew, and I'm still the one directing. This is how a film gets made, from the first line of script to the final cut.

I direct every frame.

Every film starts on paper. I write the script, design the characters and build the worlds. Then I block every shot in 3D before anything gets generated.

  1. 01

    Script

Story, beats and voice-over. Always written first.

  2. 02

    Characters

Faces, wardrobe and identity locks, kept consistent shot to shot.

  3. 03

    Worlds

Locations and sets designed as reference plates.

  4. 04

    Camera

Every shot blocked in 3D: lens, angle, path and timing.

  5. 05

    Generate & finish

AI renders the shots; I cut, grade and sound-design the film.

Step 04: my 3D previz next to the final shot

#01 · Showreel 0:38

Car chase

A city drive built shot by shot: exterior, wheel, driver, passenger, top-down.

The ending

Eye macro, a chair in the city, a pull-back through the house and into the screen.

More of the process.

Sketches, casting, keyframes and character sheets from projects I've worked on. This is the part people usually don't get to see.

Stills first, then motion

Oatside

I designed the bear and the oat beans first, then built every shot as a still. Only the frames that matched the characters exactly went on to become the final reel.

A character with rules

Sefruit.life

A full character guide first: angles, expressions and poses. Then the same character carries a whole series of animated posts for social.

Faces first, products after

Casting AI talent

Before any product shot, I cast the faces. Each one gets a locked identity, so the same person can come back across a whole campaign.

Keyframes before motion

Sanofi RSV

The story of a very small villain, told in keyframes first. Once every frame read clearly on its own, they went into motion.

Old frames, rebuilt

Showreel 2026

I took moments from my old reel and rebuilt them bigger. Same action, same voice-over, a lot more world around them.

An ad series with animal leads

PAWWAR

A French bulldog buys a house, takes out a loan and goes shopping. Same dog, same look, every episode.
