Dear human,

Letters.

Short notes to founders, brands, and anyone paying attention. We write these because some things need to be said out loud.

Dear founder,

Your content isn't underperforming because of the algorithm. It's underperforming because no one can tell what you actually believe.

The brands that win on social media right now are not the ones posting the most. They're the ones with a point of view so clear that their audience knows what they'd say before they say it.

That's not a content strategy. That's a conviction problem. And no amount of posting frequency fixes a conviction problem.

Dear brand afraid of AI,

We understand the fear. Really. You've spent years building something that feels human, and now you're being told to hand it to a machine.

But here's the thing — AI doesn't take the human out of the work. It takes the slow parts out of the work. The research. The first draft. The fourteenth variation of a thumbnail no one will ever use.

What's left — the judgment, the taste, the decision about what's actually true about your brand — that's still yours. That will always be yours. AI just gives you more time to spend on it.

Dear creative who feels stuck,

The blank canvas isn't the problem. The problem is that you're trying to make something perfect before you've made anything at all.

Make the bad version first. Make it fast and make it ugly and make it completely wrong. Then fix it. The fixing is where the creativity actually lives — not in the waiting.

The best work we've ever made started as something we were almost too embarrassed to share in the first internal review. Give yourself permission to be bad at the start. Everyone is.
